Adjoa is currently the Head of Funds Management at Union Capital Limited (UCL). Prior to joining UCL, she served in various capacities as Fund/Asset manager in different managerial positions including Fund management, Funds mobilization and Product development, Business development, Sales and marketing among others which she judiciously performed.
In 2004, Adjoa began her 13-year career at the premier investment bank, Databank, Ghana. She boasts of managing huge portfolios for Private wealth individuals as well as Institutional funds in the area of Welfare, Pension, Provident and Endowment funds for corporate organizations and collective investment schemes for retail investors. She was very instrumental in setting up and implementing the first ever Balanced Fund in Ghana, (Bfund) as well as the first Ethical Fund (the Arkfund).
Adjoa holds a Bachelor’s degree (First Class Honours) in Banking & Finance from the University of Ghana Business School as well as an MBA in Finance from the Central University College, Ghana.
