Philip is the MD of Union Savings and Loans Ltd, an SME-focused financial institution in Ghana. Prior to this, he was Deputy MD of Pro-Credit Ghana. He has expertise in strategy formulation, business planning and development, risk management and institution building. Philip holds an MBA in Project Management and a Bsc Banking and Finance from the University of Ghana. He also holds a ProCredit Banker Certificate.
