Ernest has 14 years experience covering fund management, investment advisory, business development, due diligence, risk management and real estate finance.
Ernest manages the day to day administration of Union Capital. Additionally, he serves as the Team Lead on executing private equity and venture capital transactions. He is also responsible for executing corporate strategy in respect of deal flow, capital raising and stakeholder relations.
Prior to his current role, Ernest was the CEO of Ghana Women Fund Limited. He previously worked with KPMG as a Business Development Manager.
He holds PhD Business Administration and an MBA in Finance and Investments from Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden and BSc in Land Economy from KNUST. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana and UK, and a member of South Africa Institute of Management Consultants.
