Louis is responsible for evaluating, structuring, negotiating, and close new transactions, portfolio restructurings, rescheduling, capital increases, equity sales.
Prior to his current role, Louis was the Transaction Advisory Manager and Treasurer at Merson Capital and worked on deals worth over an aggregate of US$3.5 billion.
Louis holds an MPhil in Economics with specialisations in Money and Banking, Corporate Finance and Public Sector Economics from the University of Ghana.
